Robert is a Massachusetts native and Boston resident, Robert Alexander brings experience and passion to Dorchester City FC as its newly appointed Head Coach. A US Soccer Licensed coach, his journey in the sport has been shaped by years of hands-on leadership and a connection to the local adult soccer community.

Prior to joining Dorchester City, Robert was the player-manager of FC Shawmut in the CASA Soccer League of Boston, where he also served as a volunteer administrator. His time with the "Big Yellow School Bus" was marked by an emphasis on competitive excellence and fostering a team-first culture. 

Robert is committed to developing local talent and strengthening the grassroots foundations of the game. He believes that the future of Boston soccer is bright!

TJ is excited to be part of the club and brings both playing and coaching experience to the coaching staff. A former high school player who went on to compete recreationally and at the semi-professional level, as well as to manage teams at the high school and men’s league levels. He views his role as an Assistant Coach, as an opportunity to create a positive and competitive environment where players can improve, and develop their skills while growing the game in our community.

Off the field his professional background in fitness and personal training adds an extra dimension to his coaching, as he emphasizes conditioning, injury prevention, and performance development.
